New Bug House employee passes certification

Warner Robins, Ga.- In March, Bug House Pest Control’s new employee, Calvin Broom, passed the Structural Pest Control Employee Registration Exam from Georgia’s Agricultural Department at Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC).

“I have been working with Calvin for about a month,” said General Manager, Billy Matthews. “He is very knowledgeable in a variety of areas and has been a great addition to our team.”

Recently, Broom was hired by Bug House in Warner Robins and is also certified by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources to capture and relocate wildlife.

In the next two years, Broom is looking forward to getting his Designated Certified Operator (D.C.O.) license and manage an office for Bug House Pest Control.

“If you want your home or business to be truly protected from the ground to the roof for any pest or critters than let Bug House Pest Control be your protector,” said Broom.

“Bug House wants all employees to be able to receive training in many different areas, such as mold, wildlife, insulation, and public health,” said Matthews. “This makes us a much more diverse company, and lets us provide the industries best protection for home owners and their families.”

  1. Random spraying of chemicals is not always very effective or wise to do. One should be aware of where the little creatures like to stay during the day and look to spray in these areas.
